You can learn the following skills:

• Rope handling
• Anchors on rocks
• Belaying techniques
• Introduction climbing techniques
• Rappelling
• Top-Rope climbing
• Lead climbing
• Building stances

Requirements:
Good health and fitness, no vertigo.

Service:
Mountain guide, ropes, karabiners, nuts and friends. The course is approx. 5 hours. Cable cars and trains are not included. Without reduction approx. CHF 126.00.

Fees:
CHF 650.00 for 1 or 2 people, for every additional person a fee of CHF 50.00 per person will be charged.

You need the following equipment for a Rock Climbing Training:

Compulsory Equipment:
Rucksack 15 – 30 litre – Climbing seat harness* – Mountaineering boots suitable for climbing* – Helmet* – 4 Locking carabineers** – 6 – 8 Quick drawers** – Sling 120cm** – Sling 60cm** – Cord Ø 5 – 6mm** – Descender** – Friends or nuts** – Light jacket – Mountaineering trousers – Fleece – Flask or water bottle, about 1 Litre – Snack – Personal medication – Sunglasses.

Nice to have:
Sun screen factor >25 – Lip palm factor >15 – Pocket knife – Camera (small and light) – Toilette paper – Swiss rail ticket – Notepad and pen.

Items with a * can be rented. The rental equipment is available from CHF 15.00 per piece of equipment.
Items with a ** are provided free of charge.

Please note:
Everything you bring with you, you have to carry it by yourself. Try to be as light as possible.
